    At Next Play Performance in Wyckoff, NJ, we offer the most affordable, high-level athlete training programs in Bergen County. Designed for youth and high school athletes across all sports, our performance system helps athletes get stronger, move faster, prevent injuries, and build lasting confidence. We focus on safe, progressive strength training — starting with bodyweight and plyometric exercises for younger athletes, and advancing to age-appropriate resistance work as they grow. Whether you’re from Ridgewood, Franklin Lakes, Mahwah, or beyond, our expert coaching and proven system will help your athlete reach the next level on and off the field or court.
