    > Typically I train… student athletes for every sport under the sun! I am also one of the athlete strength coaches on staff at Next Play Performance

    > I also train… adults getting ready for competitions such as Hyrox Fitness Race and Half Marathons, plus I host Special High Energy Training Events at Next Play Performance

    > I am also… a NASM Certified Personal Trainer

    > Typically I train… high school and youth athletes specifically for football and basketball in the gym - I am one of the staff athlete strength coaches at Next Play Performance

    > I am also… an Assistant Football Coach at St. Joe’s, as well as an Assistant Flag Football Coach at IHA

    > Typically I train… women, helping them build strength, confidence and a healthier relationship with their bodies

    > I also train… a dynamic mix of bootcamp-style classes, strength training, circuit workouts, and core-focused sessions

    > I am also… a fitness and nutrition professional with nearly two decades of experience

    > I offer… training to help women feel strong, capable, and empowered through movement, whole-food nutrition, and lifestyle habits that last, in a supportive, straightforward, and results-driven progression

  • Ali Goffredo - Fitness Trainer

    > Typically I train… mostly women and young female athletes in circuit style fitness, and also kickboxing

    > I also train… individuals managing hypermobility spectrum disorders, Chiari malformation, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, coronary artery disease, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and arthritis, among others. I also collaborate with clients using exercise as part of treatment for anxiety, depression, and kinesiophobia

    > I train… babies as young as six months on developing gross and fine motor skills, to athletes of all ages and skill levels

    > I am also… a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist

    > I offer… guided fitness programs for both beginners and seasoned exercisers toward their fitness goals

    > Fun fact… my favorite athletic activities are Krav Maga, kickboxing, swimming, and running—including ultra-marathons and elite obstacle races such as the Spartan Race World Championship

    > Typically I train… runners, including mobility work, proper fueling techniques and lifestyle habits that contribute to running goals. I crosstrain runners and skiers (downhill + XC) during winter months

    > I offer… a comprehensive personalized program including preparation, recovery, injury prevention, low impact bodyweight strength and resistance exercises, and a wholistic approach to endurance sports including nutrition, rest, mindset, etc
