Next Play Performance is offering the return of our wildly popular ACL Prevention | 4 Week Series for young male & female athletes held at our strength training gym in Wyckoff, NJ. Our in-house Physical Therapist, Dr Mike Blanco, will run this vital strength and awareness training program.

Dr Mike Blanco of Rival Physical Therapy is an ACL Specialist who has over 3 years experience treating and preventing ACL injuries as a Physical Therapist and 9 years total with a background in exercise science.

Tuesdays @ 5:30pm
