We are excited to offer our first co-ed adult (18+) fitness class, Badass Bootcamp, with Strength Trainer Grant Holbrook.
Complement your current fitness regime with more strength-focused exercises.

This dynamic group fitness class is designed to push your limits and maximize your results in just 1 hour. You'll power through high-intensity work - blending cardio, weights, and bodyweight exercises to help you reach your fitness goals. Warmup and cooldown, plus mobility is included. Grant offers instruction and guidance for adults of all fitness levels tailored to their specific starting point and experience.
